Recovery Body Treatment – 50ml: A warming, deep-conditioning body balm infused with Chinese medicinal plants, nourishing botanical oils, and grounding wood notes. The balm melts upon contact with skin to provide the slip needed for an elevated Gua Sha massage.

What to Expect

Apply the Recovery Body Treatment to the body and allow the balm to melt into the skin. Use the Bian Stone Gua Sha with medium pressure and unidirectional strokes. A temporary red flush may appear after body Gua Sha. This can occur as a result of the massage and increased surface circulation.

How to Use

Massage a small amount of Recovery Body Treatment over the arms, shoulders, torso, hips, legs, or other areas needing extra nourishment. Add more as needed.

Hold the Bian Stone Gua Sha at approximately a 45-degree angle and glide in one direction using medium to firm pressure. Work one area at a time and avoid bony areas.
