Rahua is a New York–based hair and body care brand founded in 2008 by stylist Fabian Lliguin and partner Anna Ayers, dedicated to creating high-performance beauty products with organic, plant-based ingredients from the Amazon rainforest. At the heart of the brand is Rahua oil, sustainably harvested from the ungurahua fruit through Symbiotic® partnerships with indigenous tribes, which not only fortifies and repairs hair but also supports local communities and cultural traditions. Rahua’s formulas feature Amazonian botanicals such as Morete and Sacha Inchi oils, and are crafted to be organic, vegan, and cruelty-free. With a mission to protect the rainforest and promote sustainability, the company also founded EcoAgents, a nonprofit focused on conservation. Guided by a philosophy of effectiveness and mindful consumption, Rahua delivers clean, ethical beauty while empowering indigenous communities and preserving the Amazon.
