Humble Deodorant - Our Founder
Humble Deodorant was born out of a desire to create a healthy and natural replacement for traditional drugstore deodorants. Jeff Shardell was an overworked stressed-out tech worker. He began rethinking his whole life, right down to the products he put on his body. He quickly learned that the deodorant he used daily was full of harmful chemicals. This discovery prompted him to switch to all-natural deodorants.
Unfortunately, this natural transition left him sweaty and smelling like perfume. Jeff was determined to find a better, simpler solution. He began experimenting in his kitchen with natural ingredients. This personal journey marked the birth of Humble Deodorants.
Jeff made products that are designed to work hard to odor free and fresh. He selected high-performance ingredients. Through his mission to promote health, Jeff's Humble Deodorant brand also donates a portion of its proceeds from each sale to local charities that support sustainability initiatives.

Humble Deodorant ingredients are simple and effective. They never use parabens, phthalates, talc, or artificial fragrances. Humble Deodorant's original ingredients included non-gmo cornstarch to keep you dry without clogging pores; Beeswax to moisturize the skin; baking soda to absorb and neutralize body odors naturally; and MCT Oil to deliver antioxidant benefits and provide a silky texture.
Humble Deodorant Vegan & Sensitive Skin Deodorant Ingredients also include non-gmo corn starch and MCT Oil. In addition, this Humble Deodorant formula includes Magnesium Hydroxide which is an alternative to baking soda; and Wild Candelilla Wax which is the vegan alternative to beeswax.
