I do not get a migraine 100% of the time I drink, but...probably 95% of the time. Given the 5% I can't be certain that this is why I did not get a migraine. However, my gut tells me it worked like said. I do not drink often due to migraines, so I have only tried it once but so far, so good! They are pricey, but when on sale (and if you really miss wine) I think they are very worth trying.

I used one for the first time last night and did not get the usual migraine. I’ve had to stop drinking red wine due to the headaches. I am completely amazed. Thank you for a wonderful product!!
