2-3 times a week to exfoliate skin. One side of the wet cloth is perfect for body exfoliation while the other side is softer for sensitive areas such as your face. Rinse and hang to dry between uses.
Your Cloth is machine washable and can be washed in the muslin bag packaging. If your cloth gets misshapen by the wash machine, simply re-shape it by stretching it back to shape while it’s still damp. Air dry.
