I don't love that there is fragrance in this, but I reached out to the company and they said "31st State is carefully crafted with both natural and safe synthetic ingredients for a formula that is 100% non-toxic - while we have some amazing high-performance natural active ingredients, we embrace safe synthetic and clean ingredients in our formula as well. Our fragrance is free from allergenic ingredients and all of our products are tested dermatologically to ensure any sensitivity is minimised." My husband has not liked any product that I have purchased for him - but loves this. So I consider it a win

Our household is gluten free, including our grooming products. I've placed the 31st State 2n1 hair and bodywash in
every shower/tub in our home. Everyone in our family is enjoying the suds and the smell of the 2n1 - and the fact
that it's gluten free and free of yucky chemicals - makes me happy.
