This tinted moisturizer is great. I have sensitive hormonal skin. This evens out my skin tone while feeling light on the skin. I have light skin with yellow undertone and use shade sand (for reference I am NC 20-NC 25 in MAC shades). I also like that it does not have titanium dioxide in it (the foundation does).

I'm very impressed with this tinted moisturizer. Very lightweight with just enough coverage, not too much. It also gives a beautiful dewy radiance to my skin (but now too glowing). I do spritz my face with a rose hydrosol and apply a homemade facial oil prior to applying this moisturizer. It goes on so smoothly. I can't wear foundation because I find it's too heavy, plus it settles in fine lines and wrinkles. The color sand is a perfect match for my skin. It has a creamy texture with a very pleasant subtle lavender aroma. I took a chance on this brand and shade and I'm so glad I did. This will be my new go to from now on. This is definitely a sheer tint or like a tinted moisturizer. It has very very little coverage. It does help even my skin out more. This is perfect for every day wear. Also feels so amazing on the skin.

This tinted moisturizer spf provides adequate sun protection for daily activity and is so easy to apply! It’s the perfect mix between a bb cream and a foundation. Thick enough to cover little blemishes/discolorations but so lightweight you feel like you’re not wearing anything at all. This stuff makes your skin GLOW and lasts a long time!

I want to start this review by saying my skin is less than perfect. I'm 35 and still deal with acne and I have very sensitive skin that is made worst in the cold winter months (think lots of dryness and red blotches). I'm pretty low maintenance with makeup, mostly because so many products make my skin reactive. I was lucky enough to get color matched by the founder of the company when I emailed the 14e site. What really drew me to the product is she has suffered from acne and wanted to create a product that worked with that skin type. And it does! It has not broke me out and does not make my sensitive skin go haywire. I love that the first ingredient is aloe and that there aren't a million ingredients in this. The product goes on easily and gives a nice sheer coverage. If you want fuller coverage, I'm sure her foundation would be just as amazing. My only complaint is the low amount of SPF, but I already wear an SPF moisturizer, so it's not a huge deal. My shade is birch and I have light skin. If you're curious about color, I'd highly recommend reaching out on the 14e site and sending in a pic of you in natural light!

I was nervous about ordering this, because I’d read mixed reviews. I took my best guess at the shade and it luckily turned out well! I did not have the issues with a grey-ish tone that I had read others sometimes do. This is super, super lightweight. I’ve got normal-to-oily skin that tends to be acne-prone, so this worked well for that. I start to move around a bit after applying this, it makes me sweat! Not too unusual for a zinc-based sunscreen, but given how light the SPF was, I was surprised. The coverage is extremely light, as well, great if you’re looking for something ultra-minimal, but probably less great if you want a fuller-coverage BB cream.

This felt like such a great, natural (with amazing ingredients) option for me. Unfortunately I didn't find my color, but hoping if they add more shades in the future, I'll find a match. The SafeandChic team helped me the whole way!
